GRE - Endonym Changes

HOI4 version: 1.9.1 Kaiserreich version: Beta 0.11.2

The change I would like to see in the next kaiserreich version is about endonyms. For example when someone plays as Greece and clicks the endonyms button, the city and state names change. But the issue here is that not all of the Turkish victory points and state names change. For example "Bursa" remains "Bursa" instead of "Prousa", "Trabzon" doesn't change to "Trapezounta" etc. In short what I'm trying to say is that it would be really nice if more endonyms were added.

The reason I would like to see this change is because in my opinion, a scenario where a country controls territory with the names of the previous controller's mothertounge is unrealistic.

@eugeniskarg Mind making a suggestion list of VP and state name in Endonym mode for Greece? Something like #6581 should work IMO

Those endonyms already exist, though. Does Greece actually control the territories?

As for the rest of the Turkish and Bulgarian state names I would suggest putting the name of the most valuable vp in the state.

When Greece annexes Turkey, the majority of the vp and state names stay the same. The western and black sea VPs change but the rest of the VP names are still in Turkish.

We've been trying to get away from renames for cities without merit (ambition area which is claims/cores+ is probably a good starting point). For Greece because of the historical claims and such, you could probably go a little further.

Here's what a slimmed it down to

Ottoman: Trebizon - Trapezounta Bursa - Prousa (we already have this one) Samsun - Samsounta

Bulgarian: Plovdiv - Fillipoupoli Varna - Tomproutzias Makedoniya (State) - Voria Makedonia Kyustendza - Konstanta Skopie - Skopia

It's up to the Greek dev.
