4 years ago Update: Russia shouldn't inherit Ukrainian army, as it does inherit the equipment. It took some time to load, which is why I haven't seen that at first. However, the issue with the navy disappearing stands.

Describe the change you would like:
Russia should inherit the Ukrainian army/navy after the Treaty of Pereyaslav and shouldn't be placed into situation where regardless of unifying with Ukraine or refusing their offer they lose 20 stability.
Explain the reasoning behind this change:
It is strange that both the Ukrainian army with all of its equipment and navy disappear somewhere despite the unification having place due to Ukrainian initiative. Russia shouldn't also lose 20 stability due to a peaceful reunification, as they don't lose it when they forcefully annex Ukraine and the negative consequences of the reunification are already well-represented by the resistance/compliance mechanic. Neither should it lose 20 stability due to refusing it, as if Russia had indeed not been interested in annexing Ukraine, their government would've indicated that to the Ukrainians before their public plea for reunification would have caused a national outrage in Russia due to refusing.
