SZC - YUN Demanding things when they shouldnt. #7414

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 HOI4 version: The Latest one on steam Kaiserreich version: The Latest one on Steam List any other mods used: Moerreich, Player Led Peace Conferences, KR Revised Focus Times. Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? I have all dlc

Explanation of the issue: The Kunming National Government Demands to put the officer department in power despite them already being in power. also caving into their demands puts the baoding department in power.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go the officer department route as SZC

  2. Yunnan goes the Right KMT path

  3. Yunnan takes "Ultimatum to Sichuan"

Possible cause: No bypass in the focus for if the officer department is already in power. or maybe there is and the revised focus times submod is screwing it up, idk.
