Quick questions HOI4 version:1.9.1 Kaiserreich version:0.11.2

Describe the change you would like: change the Native State Names for Tibet: Byang Thang -> Qangtang (state id 1086) Dbus-Gtsang -> Ü-Tsang (state id 322) change the Native VP Names for Tibet: Chab Mdo -> Qamdo (Province id 5102) Lha Sa -> Lhasa (Province id 5033) change the Endonyms VP Names for Tibet: Yag-Nag -> Yagnga (Province id 10841)

Explain the reasoning behind this change: The currently mod use two transcription systems for tibet, Tibetan pinyin Transcription and Wylie transliteration at the endonyms mode, which made player feel a little inconsonant, so I think it would be better to adopt one transcription system. (for example, when you adopt endonyms mode, you can see one name with two system: endonyms state use Tibetan pinyin names"Qamdo" for Chamdo and endoyms VP use Wylie name "Chab-Mdo" for Chamdo... And we all know that the Wylie transliteration is used for writing tibetan that based on ancient tibetan. Tibetan pinyin is used for the sounds of spoken Tibetan, which is more suitable for modern tibetan and spelling for other players who havn't studied tibetan. At last, don't you guys think the Wylie transliteration is more difficult for spelling? For Example, Dbus-Gtsang is harder to spell than U-Tsang right? XD

Additional context or comments: one place, two transcripiton about Chamdo... 3
