YUN - Party descriptions in Civil War event #7809

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 HOI4 version: 1.9.2 Kaiserreich version: 0.11.2 List any other mods used: KR Submod - More Custom Country Paths, Recall Volunteers, Cosmetic & Music Mods Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? MtG, LaR

Explanation of the issue: When the civil war starts in Yunnan, the descriptions for some of the parties show up in the event option.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Attempt to invade Hunan.

  2. Run out of time & have Tang Jiyao murdered
