Explanation of the issue:
I played as Zhu Peide RKMT Yunnan and when I refused to cooperate with LKMT (they survived), things became crazy. LKMT declared war against RoC (FNG tag), but then FNG created Chinese United Front (because of war with Japan), I decided to join United Front, LKMT refused (they were also guaranteeing Sichuan). I declared war against LKMT (not because I wanted, but because I was in the same faction as FNG was), then I defeated LKMT. After this Japan crushed FNG and they became my government in exile (they gave me 3 of their random unique generals and four volunteer divisions) and what is more important Zhang Xueliang became leader of Kuomintang Military Government (in Sichuan territory) and joined United Front. After Japan was defeated (United Front collapsed), FNG with Zhang Xueliang in charge declared war against Kuomintang Military Government (Sichuan) with him as its leader. Also when I declared war against FNG those 3 random unique generals (they were unique and not randomly generated, for example Yang Yuting) and 4 divisions did not come back to FNG (I cannot even delete those divisions).
