VNC - Typos in venice.51 #8295

KR version: dev build as of May 31, 2020

There are some localization errors in venice.51 if the RoI should fall apart and Venice go for The Old Method™ of election:

The text is missing an opening t, and the two event options have the same text (both have venice.51.a when the second should have venice.51.b )
