YUN/SHA/KAC - Add way to change tag to revolting shan/kachin when they revolt from yunnan #8584

Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.9.3 Kaiserreich version: 0.12.2

Describe the change you would like: I suggest that when Kachin and shan revolt from yunnan, the event will have a way to tag switch to either shan or kachin, preferably while still making them fight yunnan (maybe making it so tag switch option will only cause yunnan to declare war on the revolting tags)

Explain the reasoning behind this change: While the amount of content they have isn't very large, the shan and kachin tags could be a nice and small challenge when they revolt from yunnan- this is why I think allowing the player to switch to them via event could be worthwhile.

Additional context or comments: The event I think should be modified to include options to tag switch to Kachin or Shan KAC SHA event
