[x] The first issue is that in the event ‘Swedish Refugees’, there’s some missing text.
[x] The second is that in the selection screen for the Chief of Navy for Denmark, one minister is listed twice.
Steps to reproduce:
Set Sweden to go syndicalist.
Play Denmark until receiving the ‘Swedish Refugees’ event.
Look at the Chief of Navy selection screen for Denmark.
