LEP - Nanjing Clique can't integrate Anhui Province through decisions #9289

Quick questions OS: HOI4 version: 1.9.3 Kaiserreich version: 0.13 List any other mods used: Official music mod Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? I have all of them

Explanation of the issue: LEP loses its cores on Anhui province when Anqing rebels, but it can't integrate it back through decisions after winning the league war(unless you form RoC). However, it can integrate Shandong, Hunan, and Liangguang. Not sure if WAD.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play as LEP

  2. Win the league war. Can't integrate Anhui.

Possible cause: The decision kr_integrate_anhui_province is not enabled for LEP.
