Describe the change you would like: The legendary general Vazov back to the military with event. After you read the reason I present you the event and the general:

Explain the reasoning behind this change: General Vazov commanded troops in the Balkan Wars and in the WW1. He took part in the battles in the turn of the lake named Black, Getchkinley, Luleburgas, Bunarhisar, Chataldja and others. But his greatest battles were the Doiran battles, when he defeated the Entente, which overnumbered us. This turned out to be the strongest pogrom on the British army in the history of UK. But in third battle in 1918 when we was weak they attack again and they won. He retire in 1920 but his battles and the results of them perpetuated the feat of General Vazov. In 1926 he became mayor of Sofia. During his mandate (until 1932) the fire department was reformed, the electrical network expanded, and the public transport improved. Sofia became one of the “greenest” capitals in Europe. Among the most notable moments of Vladimir Vazov’s life was his visit to England in 1936. The British legion celebrated the British victory in World War I. The British veterans invited one of their worthiest opponents on the battlefield. He was personally greeted by Lord Milne, who shook his hand with the words "It is a pleasure to meet the Bulgarian delegation, as even though we were enemies, you - like us - fought not only like brave men, but also like gentlemen." The British paid great honour to General Vazov as they lowered their national flags in his name. The chairman of the British legion Major Goldy said in his speech: “He is one of the few foreign officers whose name features in our history” and ,,Take down the flags! Gene passes. Vazov - the winner from Doiran!''

In KR the battles of Dorian could be be won by Bulgaria and even have forth one where they try to break through so that they have any chance of turning the war in their favor. Example:

Something to consider in the future, should Bulgaria ever be reworked again. For the moment, however, it's just under maintenance - so we've no interest in adding new content.
