Describe the change you would like: The focuses Readjust the Naval Budget and Increasing Military Funding grant ideas that give 5% consumer goods each, either have the effect be timed or have them able to be removed. Increase the Air Budget also gives 5% CG and should be amended. Timing would probably be 365 days for the 5% CG. Focuses for removal would be Professional Armed Forces and Use the Canadian Academy

CORING Allow WIF/CAF to core Curacao and Saint Martin

Explain the reasoning behind this change: 15% consumer goods on their already poor industry hurts them and the modifiers do not justify the cost.

CORING It can already core the rest so just go all the way.
