SIR - Doesn't have claim on SIA land where SIA has claim #9704

Explanation of the issue

Siamese rebel doesn't claim regular Siam claims, such as Cambodia and southern shan, during Siamese Civil War

Steps to reproduce

  1. Trigger a siamese civil war

  2. Observe that rebels don't have claim on cambodia and southern shan and may release cambodia if it starts with it (i.e. player stick with parliaments side ai rebel will release cambodia)

Saves

Save at the point when you choose to go parliament or royalist
