GRE - Allow player-controlled Greece to follow Serbia into the Moscow Accord, if Serbia disbands the Belgrade Pact to join with Russia

Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.9.3 Kaiserreich version: 13.2

Describe the change you would like: Described as above. Allow Greece to follow Serbia out of the Belgrade Pact via event, similar to how they previously could. If devs are unhappy to allow AI Greece to do this because of plausibility or otherwise, only allow the player to do this.

Explain the reasoning behind this change: I imagine that the option of Greece joining the MA was removed for good reason, but hear me out.

• Greece, Romania and Serbia are the three ideal candidates for MP games with new players. You do your own thing, beat Bulgaria and Austria, hopefully before WK2 kicks off. Then you join, all together, with a larger faction. Russia may even be controlled by the more experienced player, who has been sending volunteers in the Balkan War and the war against Austria. -Also there is the links of Orthodoxy being the potential state religion in both Russia and Greece, if not the majority religion, depending on the path -Despite what it looks, the faction options for Greece are actually very limited.

Additional context or comments:

• Greece very rarely is able to join the RP, as they are very very likely to get sanctions from Germany. Even after any period of time, this flag never goes away, and the RP is permanently blocked out.
• Joining Austria's faction as Greece is only ever controlled on Austria's end, and if you have helped the BP fight against Austria, then Austria's faction is gone anyway so you can't join them. You also require to have not gotten sanctions, so I think I have only seen this happen once.
• Joining the Entente as Greece is the only available option then for a non-Syndie Greece, so this is pretty boring for the player, if the MA also isn't an option.

I more often than not see Serbia join the Entente after forming Yugoslavia anyway, so my above original suggestion doesn't come up that much to begin with. But for those players who previously did a multiplayer BP->MA GRE/ROM/SER game, and would like to relive it with the excellent Romania rework and Serbia revamp, this would be great if it was still a potential option for what was previously one of the most versatile countries in the game.

That's already a thing. When Serbia disbands the BP to join Russia, every other BP member other than ITA is sent an event to join -- AI Greece just always refuses.

Hey Rylock I realised what the problem is.

So outside of puppeting, Serbia/Yugoslavia can join the MA either by

• taking the decision themselves after forming Yugoslavia
• getting invited by Russia via the decisions given by the "Seek Allies" focus

Event rusfor.54 is the event that asks the former BP members (Romania, Greece) if they are interested in joining the MA (Natpop Italy and Military/Nationalist Poland aren't actual BP members, just co-belligerents in the war, so they won't ever get this event)

rusfor.54 only triggers if Russia invites SER into the MA, not if SER does the decision to join the MA. So you can change this report to be a Bug rather than a Suggestion, as SER doing the decision should trigger rusfor.54 same as RUS doing the decision.
