SFR - dominion party South african federation army and economy tree issues #9833

Quick questions OS: Windows 8.1 HOI4 version: 1.9.3 Kaiserreich version: Dev Master 18.08.20 (pulled at around 12:30 GMT+1) List any other mods used: None Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? La resistance

Explanation of the issue: it seems that if you go PatAut as the south african federation (that is, letting the dominion party coup be successful), you will encouter some issues in taking your army tree (if you didn't take any side of it already), and you economic tree will be the agricultural one (which while making alot of sense in the context of the national party, makes less sense with the english dominated federation).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play as Natal- create the south african federation

  2. make the dominion coup takeover the SFR, and see if you can take the correct army and economic trees.

Possible cause: It seems that the checks for the smuts reform plan and the industrial economic tree are locked behind being democratic- which isn't applicable in the dominion party's case

Note: had to fire event natal.28 manually due to an issue that has since been resolved, but I doubt it affects the result here since that event sets the flag for elections in SFR

Army tree: can't take either of them- on smuts plan I don't qualify because of ideology, pirow plan because it doesn't allow for SFR (for pretty clear reasons I think, since that one is pretty clearly meant for national)

Economy tree: I can take the agricultural tree, but it seems pretty clearly meant for the Boers if you read its desc SFR pataut tree issue (1) SFR pataut tree issue (5)

Fixed the military tree, left the agricultural tree because while it is primarily aimed at Afrikaners, it does fit the dominionists as well who have a decent rural support base.
