GFX - Unused Focus icons as of 20.08.20 (0.14.0)

Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.9.3 Kaiserreich version: Dev Master Build (pulled 20:30 GMT+1)

Describe the change you would like: Here are some unused icons I could find as of the 0.14 partial code freeze version, I tried to find icons which seems to be unlikely to be used by future content that is in development, though I suggest to make sure that these icons aren't used on any branch before they are removed

This time I will also try to divide this into Tags if I can tell which tag this focus belonges to

Explain the reasoning behind this change: In general these are icons which either don't have any use, their use is filled by other icons or that the contnet they were for has since been revamped (for example alot of HOL's former foreign policy focus icons are now only used on focuses that have been commented out since HOL had those changed to decisions)

VIN's icon are there for the unimplemented Vietnam's NF tree IMO, I would say keeping there for the mean time
