China Battle Scenario Issues - Various #48

Three main issues with the China battle scenarios

  1. The animated flag in gfx/map/flags "CSX_26" (Guominjun) for the German Intervention in China Battle Scenario is missing. It appeared in earlier versions of the mod.
  2. The animated flag in gfx/map/flags for "CHC_26" (Shanxi Clique) in the Northern Expedition Battle Scenario is likewise missing. It does not appear to have been added at all.
  3. The scenario text for the Northern Expedition for Germany and Fengtian reference the German Intervention in China Battle Scenario and do not reflect the situation at hand (these are two completely different interpretation of the same general event from different versions of Kaiserreich's lore)
