Another low-priority South American portrait, is Carlos Quintanilla, he's a general for BOL. We have three sources for him, none great, but certainly one that's usable. Just curious to see if there are any of these out there. If you're from Bolivia and want a challenge, I'd suggest hitting up your local library or the national archives in Sucre if you're in the area. image image image
