Cannot import data - import option grayed out and inactive #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I exported our plant database and crop plan files from crop planning 
software to .csv file. I sent those .csv files to my colleague to import into 
her crop planning software on her computer. The "import" option is grayed out 
and not available in both of our versions of the software. Export is available 
to both of us, but not import. How can I get my database into her software?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not an output problem

What version of Crop Planning Software are you using and on what operating 
system?
0.6.1 on Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.1

Import is/was very buggy and was disabled until something better is figured 
out.  Sorry.
