Disable reactions on custom emojis that don't belong to your instance

What happened?

Kaiteki "let" me react with an emoji that was from a different instance, leading to an error.

Expected behavior

Custom emojis from other instances are grayed out as reactions

How to reproduce

1. Find post with reaction not from your instance
2. React with said emoji (should be impossible)

too good that the pleroma adapter specifies that it only supports emoji reactions
