Can not import dictionaries #8

I try to import the dictionary "Dict_Japanese-English_ver-2017-11-26.zip" but I get the following error

Error: ReferenceError: Dexie is not defined

The browser console shows these errors upon importing:

Id already exists ext-menus.js:406 Error: An unexpected error occurred undefined Unchecked lastError value: Error: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist. ExtensionCommon.jsm:407

Using Rikaichan 4.0.3 and Firefox 57.0.2.
