Install instructions? Because of modding experience im sure you just need to copy too game directory but most people wont know this. Some kind of description? What does this even do? I was searching google for fallout 4 performance and i found a link too this. Also Im using reshade which also uses dxgi.dll. Is this compatible with reshade? Some kind of description of what this does would be great im all for better performance but i have no ideah what this actually does.

I have to apologize for taking so long to respond.

This project is to fix frame pacing problems in Fallout 4. It uses some advanced DX11 features in Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 to make the game playable. On my computer, at launch, the game was unplayable because I could walk 2 feet then the game would pause for 3 seconds and eventually I would move another foot. This is on a high-end 3-way GTX 980 system mind you.

I don't think it's necessary anymore, but the project serves a dual role. It is also an injector that I use for various other game fixing projects, such as Tales of Zestiria "Fix".
