Is something like this viable for Marvel Heroes? #3

I'm simply asking here because I can't find where to contact you - is something like this injector viable for Marvel Heroes game?

I'm asking because Fallout 4 runs about 10-15 FPS faster than Marvel Heroes, and I need all the help I can get to run it well.

Marvel Heroes relies heavily on everything - RAM, CPU, Network, Cache, and similar. Uses a heavily customized version of UE3.
