Install Requirements section needs updated #103

The section Install Requirements begins with:

"For both this basic schematic shown here in the Readme and how they it is laid out, you must use the ESPHome fork of ratgdo and - for ESP8266 based boards - select the blue v2.5 board on the ESPhome web installer page."

The web installer page only lists black and white boards. There is not a blue board.

There are 2 black 2.5 boards available.

There is also a minor readability issue in the first line.

They've probably updated the source web pages, as those are outside of our control. Likely the board colours from Paul Wieland have also changed.

I'll go take a look and see what needs changing.
