Large messages can not be sent. #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempting to send a large string (90kb+ works at least)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Other client should receive the message, but never gets it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r48, Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
This only worked sometimes before r48, but now it never does.
