Updated kfmirl table sizes and closed loop mlhfm afr correction to factor in the 200kg/hr offset of Bosch maf sensors. There should probably be a button for hitachi MAF that does not use an offset, or maybe a field to enter an offset (0 for no offset). Tested and it works well
These changes were made to a tag, and behind master. This should probably be manually merged for forked since there are things missing from master. Ideally the additional features like selection of offset etc should probably be added. This pull request is simply to point out the bosch maf offset and table sizes that are different.
