Batch updates

A list of all the changes/fixes I want to make for the final batch.

Editing:

• [x] Pre-batch final editing pass
• [x] Take another look at all the linebreaks and quotes
• [x] Update all "appreciation" lines to "patronage"
• [x] Change name order to eastern order
• [x] Edit gg's subs (Fix actual issues and fixes vale mentioned on his blog only (unless there's a gg batch somewhere?))
• [x] Alt track to keep certain people happy? (## Decided against this)
• [x] Deal with the remaining TL notes (either remove them, edit lines to deal with them, or do some TS magic for the remaining ones?)

Typesetting:

• [x] (Ep02) Change this into a sign that explains the joke rather than an ugly TL note

Encodes:

• [x] Encode the OAD

Resampling:

• [x] Resample dialogue to 1080p
• [x] Resample typesetting to 1080p
• [x] Resample OP/ED to 1080p

Syncing:

• [x] Add op/ed syncpoints to every episode (more accurate than the current syncing)
• [x] Sync gg tracks to premuxes

Other:

• [x] Restyle gg's subs
