Changed avatar OSC config export to nest into an 'Avatars' subfolder. #12

This will make the OSC config subfolder structure in-line with VRChat's own OSC config subfolder structure. Might be useful for apps that have a root directory config that would allow them to parse CVROSC configs identically to VRChat's.

Looks like you've done it yourself just now! No need for PR now
