Have you tried doing a clean install of BizHawk? The old config file may be
causing problems.

I deleted the old files and replaced them, still getting the same problem. I
re-ran the prereq installer, too, and same thing happens.

I have the exact same Video Card and OS as you do, and I have no problem with
1.9.0, 1.9.1 and newer SVN builds.
Are your video card drivers up to date?
Can you click on View Problem Details so we can see more details on what went
wrong?

I also can't seem to update my drivers using GeForce Experience, as it too
crashes immediately upon opening.

I think your missing files or your mixing old DLL files with the new EXE file.
Try this:
Make a new folder, extract all files from
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/75355/BizHawk.zip
into that folder and see if EmuHawk runs then. It should.

Sounds like you copied over an existing EmuHawk.exe, but did not overwrite the
dll files.
Please extract the build I linked into a fresh folder

Sorry I didn't reply earlier. I updated my .NET framework and now it works fine.

Thank you for letting us know it's fixed and how to fix it.
Was it a Windows update you needed or a Newer version of .Net?
Original comment by hegyak

I downloaded a newer version of .NET, it wasn't with a Windows update.

Can you tell us which version you got/used? That way we can make sure things
are working properly for anyone else with this issue.

I installed 4.5.1 of the .NET framework.

I am looking further into this issue. It shouldn't be anything major.
Probably a bad/corrupted .Net Framework install.

Considering this closed unless someone has another issue.
