User story specification (one liner)

As platform-user I like to know when other users expect me to get involved to take certain actions so I don't miss any and respond in an (social) acceptable timeframe resulting in more productivity & DAO involvement platform wide.

Acceptance criteria

Functionality

[ ] A side menu placed on the right side of the screen
[ ] Several modules that can notify a user
- [ ] Agreement composer
- [ ] Chat / Dialog
- [ ] Voting for a specific Auton
  Deliverables
[ ] A side menu in the UI for the desktop devices
