Using an external (high quality) microphone would enhance the recording quality and as a result the transcription quality. It should be tested if Diktofon supports external microphones or are additional permissions and code needed.

Also, is it possible to get input from multiple microphones simultaneously (and record into separate tracks)? Is it possible that one microphone broadcasts to multiple Android devices simultaneously? (Imagine a press-conference setting with multiple speakers each with his/her own microphone and multiple journalists each with his/her own dictaphone.)
