Allow resizing of required column

To reproduce:

Open the EnemyInfo.csv file that I sent you (the really big one)
Notice the required column has names like "MoaiGuyBlack"
Observe the required column (the furthest-left column). The name appears as "MoaiGuiB" with the B partly cut-off

Longer names may not be fully viewable, and in some cases (such as the EnemyInfo), parts that uniquely identify the row.

As of a32380a659338ce0d713abd58420b4e171ca3fb8 you can now resize all columns, including the row header
