Ant Design: A set of high-quality React components.
Semantic UI React: Integrates Semantic UI and provides a number of ready-to-use components.
Blueprint: A React-based UI toolkit for the web, especially good for data-dense interfaces.
Evergreen: UI Framework for building ambitious products on the web, made by Segment.
Chakra UI: A simple, modular, and accessible UI library that gives you all the building blocks you need to build React applications.

For Figma

Figma Community: Search for wireframe kits; there are plenty that are free to use.
