Allow processing of refunds

Merchants can currently process refunds via their web portals but it would make sense for them to be able to do that via the plugin.

The ideal way is to hit a /refund endpoint on the MMG server with the transaction details.

• transaction id
• subscriber number
• amount (partial or full)
