how to add json jar file in cloudera #3

downloaded json serede jar file from net and i was trying to copy 'hive-serdes-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar' to usr/lib/hive/lib but unable to do it

I was able to copy this jar 'hive-serdes-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar' to usr/lib/hive/lib but the jar icon has coss(X) symbol.
