Automatically add bonded cards when adding their originating card #233

Because this may be easier to show than to explain, allow me to present an example of the behavior I think ArkhamDB should perform for bonded cards: (First, just to define a term, the bond-origin card is the card that, when played, would cause you to search for a bonded card. For example, Hallowed Mirror is a bond-origin card.)

The example: When you add Hallowed Mirror to your deck, if you are preparing your deck to play with, you likely also want to pull Soothing Melody from your collection and set it aside, so that you can quickly and easily access it. Thus, I propose that when you add Hallowed Mirror to your deck, ArkhamDB automatically adds the appropriate number of copies of Soothing Melody (3 copies), and displays them in a section just under "Permanent" labeled "Bonded".

Thus, the behavior is that when a user adds a bond-origin card to their deck, ArkhamDB will automatically also add the appropriate number of bonded cards to their deck and display them in a separate subsection in the deck list.

I like this idea a lot. And if it's possible, maybe the Bonded section can be linked to the "2nd deck" for the OCTGN deck export plugin.
