Make slots change when customizations are chosen #555

Requires setting up new translation tables to localize the slot names, when editing/viewing decks. The test on this localization is conditional though, if the global slot_names is not present, it simply skips the operation.

Also fixes XP calculation issue reported in: https://github.com/Kamalisk/arkhamdb/issues/566

There was a clarification given about how the Down the Rabbit Hole card works with XP calculation (for 0XP cards you swap in), so I updated this PR to address it.
