[BUG] Red Clock (5) Upgrade XP Cost

For the Bob deck I'm playing in a fan-made campaign, I tried upgrading from The Red Clock (2) to The Red Clock (5), and the client calculated the XP cost as only 3; the cost should have been 6 XP. I manually subtracted 3 XP to make the tracking consistent with my campaign log. The deck in question is Deck ID 2625335.

I had a similar issue with the upgrade, so the issue is still there, probably just hasn't gotten any logic for upgrades with Exceptional cards.
