[Feature request] Add a feature to allow users to upload their profile pictures. #157

This should be done both in the signup page, and the profile update page. We can discuss the implementation details here.

@pranshukharkwal I've mentioned the issue being faced in the slack channel. If the changes are permitted in the controller I can work over it. If @Gautam-Arora24 can resolve it any other way, I've no problem with the issues being assigned to him.
