Change the position of Input/Output boxes in IDE #77

Currently the input/output box is in right of the code editor, shift them to the bottom, including the submit button like https://codechef.com/ide , it'll look better.

Currently, we tried to make it look like CF: https://codeforces.com/problemset/customtest . This can be changed at later stages anyhow.
