The collapsible navbar button on https://pc.iitmandi.co.in/project_contributors is not working.
How to reproduce:
go to https://pc.iitmandi.co.in/project_contributors
resize window
when collapsible navbar button is visible, click it.
Expected behaviour
Clicking this button should expand the navbar.
