improved look of services tab on mobile-type devices #21

@vsvipul I improved look of services tab on mobile-type devices. But, in doing that I had to change some style of System Admin button, hope this doesn't look bad.

System admins should remain in bottom corner only. Fix this.

Hmm doesn't look very good. Leave it for now. Also will revert the old commit.
