Added description of SNTC on the main page and added KBG #38

The description of SnTC on landing page of website has been added. This is more appropriate than description of a club which is under the society. The description has been taken from official WIki Page of the Society.

I also added description of KBG, the newest club under the society. The description has been taken by the founder of the club.

@abhijeetmanhas as you are currently managing the repository, could you review these changes and merge? You can also think to assign the task of managing this repository to someone else.
