Disclaimer: Commits "Applied Creational Design Pattern" and "Applied Singleton Pattern" only have a difference in one comment. I had difficulty making the pull request at first due to the lack of notification I was getting from the GitHub fork when I made the pull request.

• I applied a Creational Design Pattern, the Singleton Pattern
• To do so, I needed to meet the three main requirements for the Singleton Pattern
• Constructor was already private, so the first condition was satisfied
• I created a single private static instance of the class in the variable __singlePrivateInstance
• I wrote a public getCOVID19Instance() that allows access to the single instance
• Added if statement inside constructor to ensure that the Singleton Pattern is maintained
