CFML documentation doesn't load #39

I'm not sure how to replicate this, but often times after using VS Code for a long time, I can no longer get the documentation window to open. It hangs on "Loading..." but never completes. See screenshot:

Restarting VS Code fixes the problem.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
