User can specify image quality in settings when then JPEG format is choosen

User can now specify image quality if the selected image format is JPEG. Closed by 7b3516649310b36f573aa1032955be2f0b2a7adf

Also, PNG files should now be smaller, because optimized = True parameter is passed to the save function.
