For the revision Figure 2 should:

have updated legend (functionally mitotic instead of apomictic; as we use mitotic in the box)
somehow take care of rotifers, the numbers we have are wrong and we know about it. We can either use the divergence of homoeologs from Reubens' work or simply kick them out.

review comment: It would be interesting to include data obtained from the cleaned tardigrade H. dujardini Illumina reads. Is this data available at least from the authors?

review comment: It's not exactly clear what the boxes show - presumably median & interquartile range? I think given the very low number of data points these boxes are not really helpful.
