We discussed possible things to explore.

  1. excision rate higher than transposition rate
  2. fitness as function in inserted transposons, not total number of active transposons
  3. add more classes of transposons with various transposition rates
  4. transposon bursts - change distribution of tranpostion probability
  5. ideas about standing variation at the beginning of the experiment
  6. asexuals reference TEs that are stable in sexuals. Indicating that sexual generations must stop the loss to happen somehow.

I missed details, I wanted to store stuff I remember from top of my head. Feel free to add

  1. was explored as a vital option to reproduce experimental data. Using general modified
