Remove Hardcoded Locations #9

"Dayton" is hardcoded and should pull data to resolve the city name from the provided DarkSky coordinates.

Additional hardcoded coordinates in the ArcGIS map setup. This should be pulled from the settings' DarkSky parameters as well.
