Add built-in roster management #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. already have an address to notify
2. go to preferences and enter new one
3. GTalkSMS will hang online in the roster of old contact regarless of restart
and full stop of the application, will never add the new address into it's
roster

What is the expected output?
It is expected that application will remove old address from it's roster and
add new one.

What do you see instead?
Instead of that it only allows the new contact to pass commands. The
application does not add new notification address and does not remove old one
from it's roster.

Apart from that, it keeps the old contact in the list on the main screen, new
one does not appear there.

Additional informations:
GTalkSMS version = 1.9.1
Android OS version = 2.2.2
Phone model = Google Nexus One.

Paste GTalkSMS logs if they are relevant

GTalkSMS has atm no roster management functionality. All that is expect to be
done via an external XMPP client.
